Refund Policy

Daily Shake does not refund or exchange our products. Orders lodged by phone or through our website cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery 

Your order will be dispatched within three business days with most orders delivered within 5-10 business days (depending on your State). If any delays occur in dispatching your order due to stock being unavailable, we will contact you immediately. You may substitute products or cancel such an order at any time prior to dispatch due to an unavailable product. All orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not available it will be taken to your nearest post office to await collection.

Health Disclaimer

Daily Shake has been developed under the supervision and advice of nutritional experts. The shakes are designed for a safe rate of weight loss for an average healthy adult. Before starting to use the program, you should consult your doctor if you have any health concerns before using any Daily Shake Health products or services.

If you have a medical condition that requires regular medical checks, and/or are taking prescription and/or if you have been advised to eat a special diet to treat an illness or medical condition, then you must discuss the Daily Shake Health Weight Loss Program with your doctor before starting the program.
